Job Coach Services is a work search support program funded by WorkingNB that helps clients seek, obtain, and maintain employment. The purpose of our service is to provide and assist clients with the opportunity to develop their job search capabilities and improve their chances of finding and retaining paid work. The program helps clients become self-sufficient in accomplishing their career goals by providing a professional résumé as well as effective assistance with developing or enhancing job searching skills and techniques.

To access our Transition to Work services, clients need to be referred through WorkingNB or the Department of Social Development.
